One coach in attendance (two lanes). You should be able to swim 400m in less than ten minutes to attend this training session, ideal for confident swimmers looking to push pace and endurance.

Two coaches in attendance (three lanes). You should be able to swim 400m Front Crawl non-stop to attend this session, for focus on development and technique.
